05 February 2026 Issues with access to Learning catalog on One Source OD are aware of an issue with staff being unable to access the learning catalog on One Source and therefore unable to enrol onto any classroom or eLearning courses. This issue is under investigation, and we hope to resolve it soon. In the meantime, if you have an urgent requirement for a course e.g. to undertake Mosaic, please raise a One Source helpdesk ticket and we will assign the course to you as soon as possible.
