28 November 2025 New Form – Honoraria (A) Acting Up. Our new form for requesting and processing Acting Up Honoraria (A) has landed! We have recently been seeking your feedback and in response to this are on a journey to review and simplify our procedures and processes to make things easier and quicker for managers. The new Honorarium A form - acting up can be found on the new HR SharePoint (under H for Honorarium on the A-Z HR Topics, Policies and Resources). From Monday 1st December the new form will need to be used to request and process Honoraria (for acting up). The form will need to be fully completed and where this is not done correctly before it is submitted, the forms will be rejected back to the manager for review. This will help to speed up the time taken to process the forms and ensure the process isn’t delayed for those who complete the form correctly. Completed forms should be submitted via the One Source Helpdesk to the HR Operational Team, using the Honorarium (A) – Acting Up helpdesk queue.
