03 February 2026 One Source Systems Update – Recruitment Following the recent implementation of updated Redwood screens within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (One Source), we have identified an unintended impact on the user experience. To maintain system stability and ensure a consistent experience for all users, the updated screens will be rolled back to their previous versions with immediate effect. What Is Changing Candidate management screens on requisitions will return to their earlier layout, specifically affecting: Shortlisting screens Applicant screens Users should now see the familiar legacy interface when managing requisitions and candidates. Support Materials Previously used Quick Reference Guides have been reinstated and are available via the Training and Support link. Any issues related to the below should be reported via a helpdesk ticket to the Recruitment Team: Requisitions Navigation Candidate processing Future Position We are always looking to embrace updates, but we must ensure this works for our end users. Therefore, we are unable to commit to a timescale for these changes to be reimplemented until we are confident that there is no further adverse impact.
