12 April 2021 One Source: Payroll go-live 5 July 2021 One Source will reach another key milestone on 5 July 2021 when the when the Payroll module goes live that will allow you to view your payslips, input expenses and manage your overtime and personal data. From 5 July 2021, you will: have secure access to view your pay information going forward, including payslips issued from July 2021 onwards and P60 information from April 2022 (no historic data prior to Payroll module go-live will be available) input your overtime from anywhere, anytime, on any device — improving turnaround times and reducing our carbon footprint. The new Payroll module is in addition to the many features that are already available in One Source: Booking learning and development courses online Submitting expense claims Making requests for purchases Managing spend against budgets For managers, submitting sickness absence, approving expenses and performing recruitment tasks. The One Source system has been designed to be user-friendly and flexible, offering staff the ability to easily access a range of HR and payroll self-service activities securely and in one place. It will benefit us in a range of ways: One System, One Login, One Source: everything in one place with a single sign-on. Minimising paper: going electronic saves time, improves our security and reduces our carbon footprint. A user-friendly way to access a range of self-service HR, learning and development, purchasing, payroll and finance activities. It will save you time, enable our future, and drive customer-focused service delivery. Latest programme updates Since the first go-live in July 2020, a total of 3029 employees have accessed One Source out of 3639 employees who have access to the system (at 3 March 2021). In March, the Talent – Annual Performance Conversation module was introduced, supported by drop-in information and training sessions and online resources. The survey is open until 30 April and all staff are encouraged to take part, whether or not you have used the One Source system already.
