Be aware of and follow our Invoicing Principles Invoicing principles
The Council will not raise invoices for charges that are £20.00 or less, unless legislation dictates, or it is in the interest of the Council and exemption is granted by the Chief Finance Officer. Where charges are for repeated supplies or services of a low value, an invoice should be raised at the end of each quarter, or a practical and timely alternative should be adopted. Please refer to our invoicing principles for further guidance on how to ensure an effective and efficient income collection system is in place.
