All new customers must be set up in advance by completing the Customer Setup Form New Accounts Receivable Customer Set Up Form Requests to add new sites to existing customers must also be submitted using the same form New Accounts Receivable Customer Set Up Form The Income Team will process all new customer and additional site requests, and a confirmation email with the customer details will be sent to the requester.
