11 July 2025 Exciting changes to Learn on One Source The introduction of Redwood Learn on One Source is the start of a journey to improve the Learning and Development experience and encourage our workforce to manage their own continuous improvement. Keep your Learning records up to date ‘View Transcript’ allows you to quickly view all the courses you have completed with the new function to ‘print’. You can now ‘record external learning’ such as attendance at seminars, conferences and short courses to your transcript for a fuller record of your learning. Some of our larger events may now allow you to mark your own attendance as completed to ensure your records are up to date. Create your own ‘journey’ Journeys are a type of checklist of things to do. All our courses can be added to a journey for completion later. For example, you can create a journey to cover courses against your career development path or a particular project. Clearer visibility of offering details When you now click on ‘find offering’ against a classroom course, the date, time and venue are now more visible to enable you to choose your option more easily, without having to click on every offering to find out these details. FAQs and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) Our FAQs and QRGs have been updated and are available on Inside Walsall.
