Following the One Source Benefits questionnaire exercise carried out last year, we are pleased to announce the launch of two exciting new employee benefits designed to support your financial wellbeing and sustainable lifestyle choices: What’s currently available? Electric & Petrol Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme Drive a brand-new electric or hybrid car with no upfront costs, inclusive of insurance, and maintenance, all through a fixed monthly salary deduction. 🔑 Key Benefits: Save on tax and NI: Reductions are made before tax, reducing your overall cost. All-inclusive package: Includes insurance, servicing, MOT, breakdown cover, tyres, and road tax. No deposit required: Start driving without any upfront payment. Flexible options: Choose from a wide range of vehicles, customise your car, and select your salary sacrifice period. Lifestyle protection: Covers early termination in cases like redundancy, long-term illness, or retirement (subject to T&Cs). Sustainable choice: Reduce your carbon footprint with a zero-emission vehicle and supports Walsall's commitment to becoming net-zero by 2041. Salary sacrifice: Just like the Cycle to Work schemes, employees can sacrifice a fixed amount of their salary each month in exchange for a brand-new car. Flexible investment: Choose how your contributions are invested via Prudential.
