Employee self-service in One Source will still be available and employees will be able to update their personal information, with the exception of their bank details. Bank details will still be able to be updated until close of business on 18 June. After this, bank details will not be able to be updated until after 5 July. Managers will be able to continue to create and update absences and documents of records for the duration of the transition period. From 5 July, all staff will be able to record overtime and view their payslips online in One Source. Paper payslips will no longer be produced and distributed to staff after this date. If you have any concerns regarding accessing the One Source system, please raise this with your line managers, who will be able to support you to find a resolution. We will be providing additional support through digital champions and the help desk for staff who are finding things difficult. Do I need to do anything now? For those staff who haven’t yet accessed the system, please do so as soon as possible, it is important you check your personal details are correct, including your bank details. The final input date for claims and variations for payroll before the transition to the new Payroll system was Friday 4 June as per the payroll timetable. The existing paper process to claim overtime will remain for the month of June and must be submitted to payroll by 5 July.
