OneSource Sickness Absence - sickness tile now removed

On Monday 2nd September we will be introducing some changes to the way sickness absences are managed in OneSource.  You may be familiar with this from our recent communications or other channels, feel free to read more here

From the 15th August, you will no longer have access to the current sickness tile within OneSource.  It is important to ensure any known sickness absences should be open/closed where appropriate before this date in OneSource.

Any data already input before the 15th August will be in the new solution, OneSource Absence.  Absence tile will not be accessible from this point, you will be able to access absence in the approach from Monday the 2nd September, a communication will be sent on the day to confirm.

What about absence that occurs before or between 15th August and 1st September?

During the 2-week downtime window between Thursday 15th August up to 1st September, you will not be able to enter sickness or close an existing absence.  You will also not be able to enter sickness retrospectively either, a special request must be made, so we would ask for all managers to support by reducing this process to a minimum and entering and closing sickness in a timely manner.
