OneSource Absence Training is Online

Today we launch the training content to support Employees and Line managers in using the new OneSource Absence Module, which will be introduced on the 2nd of September.

Below is a list of the content we created in short videos and quick reference guides.

It is important to note that this training can be accessed from any smart device, mobile, tablet or computer.  We have embedded closed captions in each video and the Quick Reference Guides contain hints and tips.

Additionally, we have updated the OneSource FAQ page.  If you have a query that should be added to the FAQ page, please contact your digital champion who will post this on the Teams channel for the OneSource team.

We have provided a wide array of support for users, leaning toward a self-guided learning.  If you have any issues, refer to the training guides and videos in the first instance, and the FAQ’s secondly before raising a helpdesk ticket for support.  For more information on how to raise a helpdesk ticket, follow this guide or watch this video on how to raise a service request
