When is go live?

ORC is currently being tested and we will be live on Thursday 2nd November 2023, following final checks communication will be sent around to advise that this part of the system is now available

How do I access the system?

ORC (Oracle Recruitment Cloud) forms part of your current One Source application.

If you are Hiring Manager, from your Oracle front page, My Team – Hiring

If you want to review an internal job, from your Oracle front page, Me – Internal jobshop

Where do I go for day 1 support?

Digital & Change Champions will be available to help support and guide

If you need further support please raise a helpdesk ticket

Support & guidance (inc FAQs) will be added to the OneSource Intranet before go live

Do I need to do to anything to prepare for this change?

Be sure to watch the training videos once available so you’re ready for day 1. 

If planning on recruiting soon, you should also check you have a budgeted position available to recruit to. Spoiler alert – a new online position request process is being introduced!

Finally, please spread the word that changes are coming and encourage others to watch the training videos. 

Where do I go for information on ORC so far?

Over the past few weeks updates have been released on Inside Walsall. Theses news feed are also going to be added to the OneSource Intranet page.

What happens to my job that started in Taleo?

Candidate profiles will be brought across as at 25th October but open requisitions and adverts will remain in Taleo until closed down.  To support the cut over planning for the new recruitment system, Taleo will not be accessible from 9am Wednesday 18th October.  

Any new requests will need to be processed in the new (Oracle Recruitment Cloud) ORC once we go live on Thursday  2nd November. 

Any requisitions already processed in Taleo before this time will be completed in Taleo.
