28 April 2021 One Source survey closing Friday 30 April There are just a few days left to take part in the One Source survey to share your thoughts and feedback about the system. Earlier this month you will have received an email containing a survey link (personal to you) to access the short, anonymous questionnaire which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The email containing your personal link to access the survey and a follow up reminder email were sent on 1 April and 19 April, from 'Walsall Council' as the sender. You do not need to have used One Source itself yet to take part; however, you do have the opportunity to share how user-friendly and accessible you are finding the system if you have used it. The questionnaire applies to all council staff and others who will have access to the One Source system. The survey closes midnight this Friday, 30 April 2021.
