From 5 July, all staff will be able to record overtime and view their payslips online through One Source. Paper payslips will no longer be produced and distributed to staff after this date. The final input date for claims and variations for payroll before we cut over to the new payroll system is Friday 4 June. Read on to find out more and sign up for One Source payroll module training if you have not already taken part. 

There are just a few days left to take part in the One Source survey to share your thoughts and feedback about the system.

One Source will reach another key milestone on 5 July 2021 when the when the Payroll module goes live that will allow you to view your payslips, input expenses and manage your overtime and personal data. 

In the coming months, a number of new functions will be made available in One Source to give you a user-friendly way to access a range of self-service activities such as viewing your payslip, entering overtime or conducting Annual Performance Conversions (APC). 
The first of the new features to be launched will be Talent – APC on 15 March 2021, for initial objective setting and recording. To support the launch, a number of 45-minute drop-in training sessions for managers and non-managers will be held from 4–26 March.

Due to essential system maintenance, One Source will be unavailable before 9am tomorrow, Thursday 3 September 2020.
